Good news this week! 🥳 We have now delivered 803 Alchemy Vaults and only have 283 left to go. The even better news is that there are only 30 left to assemble - the rest are in our inventory staging area, ready to be packaged and shipped.
Every backer should receive tracking information by the end of the week. Please reach out to us if you do not receive your tracking info by Friday, April 21. 🎉
Logistics:
A note about tracking numbers: 2 weeks ago we assembled a batch of mostly Trans Pride and USA boxes that we noticed had slightly warped gears. Shipping labels were printed for these units but they ended up not passing our final quality assurance process. If your tracking notice has not been updated in over a week, your Alchemy Vault may have been part of this batch. Our priority for the next few days is to rebuild the affected units. Expect an update to your tracking information within the week.

I wanted to give a shout out to a few people who have made ramping up shipping and deliveries this month possible.
First, a huge thank you to my wife Kelly who has been crucial to the success of this project - from planning to providing feedback on nearly all aspects of production. I also want to say thank you do to my parents, Galina and Dmitriy, who have volunteered their time to help with assembly and shipping and have offered their support and expertise throughout the project.
Our production manager, Graham, in addition to assembly, has been instrumental in helping us setting up and calibrating the machines, as well as developing best practices for production. He also came up with our box lock system which - reminder - holds your box top still in transit. (Please remove them before attempting to open your Alchemy Vaults. 😉) Thanks, too, to the group of friends and family who have volunteered their time to help get this project closer to the finish line.
And finally I want to thank all of you for believing in our product, providing feedback, and sticking with us as we work to fill these orders.
