Hi everyone, I wanted to provide a quick update on our progress. Unfortunately, production hasn't been able to move as quickly as I had hoped. At the latest count, we have shipped 319 units with 764 remaining.
The main issue is that we can't print tops as quickly as the other parts. They need more operator intervention than the other parts due to the number of color changes required. The Bambu printers that are capable of automatic filament switching haven't been as reliable as we'd hoped, so we've transferred much of their workload to the Prusas.
The good news is that we currently have bases, gears, and top rings printed for 589 additional units. I've set aside some time this weekend to assemble and test as much of the backlog as possible. I've included some images below of some of the latest parts.
